Are recruiters hackers ?

In my company Net2s, Inc which specializes on IT Risk Management, we have built one of the best Ethical Hacking Team out there. The team holds very high reputation in the Information Security Industry. I have personally hired many of them through Defcon and other hackers conventions. In this process, I learnt that we- the recruiting professionals gotta have some of their skills but ethics too to be able use the power of web. Please let me know your views.
